Hey! Where are you based out of?
Glad you asked!  Our headquarters are located in sunny Los Angeles, Cal-i-forn-i-a.


I like the design but I want to personalize it. Can you customize my jersey?
Yes!  Under each jersey listing, there is an option to customize the name and number.  This is a great way to personalize the jersey for you, a friend, a sibling, a teacher, your boss, your grandparents, whomever!  

Each customization is an additional $30 and will be reviewed for approval.  If for any reason we cannot fulfill the customization, you will not be charged/refunded the additional $30.

NOTE: All customized jersey(s) are non-refundable.


Just ordered! How long does it take to receive my jersey?
All of our jerseys are made to order.  Please allow our team approximately 2-3 weeks to create your custom masterpiece and ship from our headquarters.  However, due to the pandemic, shipping times may vary.

Oops! I made a mistake. Can I exchange my order?
Absolutely!  We understand that accidents happen.  If you need to change the size or simply decide on another jersey, please reach out to us within 1 hour on our CONTACT US page after you made your purchase.  Also, include your first/last name and order number and we will help you with the process.


I changed my mind. I need to cancel my order.
All good!  Just contact us within 1 hour after your purchase with your full name and order number.  After we process your cancellation, please allow several days for the funds to return back to your original payment.


Eh, not really feeling it.
Not satisfied? No problema. We value you as a loyal customer and would hope that you will give us the chance to make things right by offering you another jersey in exchange.  We allow exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery.  

Please send us an email or message us through the CONTACT US page to start the exchange/return process. Sorry, we only accept jerseys that are new and unused.


How do I return my jersey?
NOTE: Please email us to initiate and accept the return process BEFORE shipping your jersey back.  All jerseys must be unworn and in its original condition.
 
-Our customers are responsible for the shipping cost.  You can use any mailing carrier but we suggest using USPS First Class Mail (it's usually the cheapest and the most convenient).  

-Simply return your unused item in its original shipping bag to reduce some waste (cuz you know, global warming).  Make sure to remove the previous label and slap on the new one.  If the original shipping package was destroyed, you can use any packaging of your choice.

-Before the drop off, please take a pic your package/tracking and email us so we can track the returned item safely back to our headquarters.  Once we receive your returned item, we will issue your refund.  For exchanges, we will send out your exchanged jersey at no extra cost.
